Our Team

DuBose Construction Company employees approximately 75 to 80 people. Small fluctuations in the size of our company occur depending on factors like the time of year and our current project load.

We have personnel based out of the corporate office, managers and technicians who oversee operations at our asphalt mixing plant, and our field crew members who make up the majority of our team, consisting of Job Superintendents, Equipment Operators, Construction Laborers and Helpers, and other workers.
