Long before the Internet phenomenon began, the Interstate Highway System is how people connected.
In the 1970s, DuBose Construction had a significant role in constructing new portions of Interstate highway in Florida and Alabama. They built approximately forty-five miles of Interstate in Florida, including a 14-mile section of I-75 in Sarasota County near Tampa.
The company also completed several notable projects for the Alabama Highway Department (now called the “Alabama Department of Transportation”) during these years.
